Booking conditions Cancellation Notice
After our acceptance the reservation will be considered valid when we will have received the total amount of the fees for your stay. If for a “major problem” the reserved room/s where not available we will have the right to allocate another room having the same characteristics. Any cancelling should be sent by writing or Fax within 30 days before the date of arrival, the paid fees would be reimbursed with a 30% deduction for management and reservation expenses. Cancelling occurring by writing or Fax within 15 days will be reimbursed with a 50% deduction. Cancelling from the 14th day before the date of arrival will not be reimbursed. At your arrival we will have to check your documents. Identity card for E.U. citizens and passport for citizens of other countries. Rooms have to be left before 11 o’clock on the departure day.The above General Conditions are intended to be fully agreed by the client as soon as the reservation has been accepted and fees paid.
